As a PTP Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that all payments of 3rd party supplier and subcontractor invoices and employee expenses are paid in accordance with SLA, payment terms and Prompt Payment Code. They will process payments for all business units as per the defined payment schedule, manage exceptional payment requests and ensure full allocation of all items at the point of payment. They will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of any unallocated items, driving down aged items, reducing risk and providing root cause analysis to support best practice going forwards.
