Job description

Description Responsibilities & Duties: - Lead the planning and execution of stadium events, including participation in client tours, identifying operational requirements (equipment, staffing, services), and developing cost estimates. - Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams by translating event needs into detailed event orders, diagrams, and operational plans for both internal departments and third-party vendors. - Facilitate planning and operational meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders and successful event delivery. - Oversee part-time operations staff, including hiring, scheduling, daily task assignment, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Coordinate cross-functional operations with internal departments and external contractors to ensure the facility is fully prepared and event-ready. - Ensure all events meet readiness standards for guests, clients, teams, and league requirements, maintaining a high level of service and presentation. - Manage compliance and required submissions for MLS, MLS NEXT Pro (MLS II), Academy matches, international fixtures, and special events. - Oversee event-related inventory and facility FF&E (fu...
