Contracts Manager Overview: The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all contractual activities at X-Bow and at times may provide surge support to our wholly owned subsidiary, Spencer Composites Corporation. This role requires the regular application of strong subject matter expertise to understand program performance requirements and provide contractual guidance in support of program and financial objectives. Additionally, the Contracts Manager is required to support Program Management leadership, the General Counsel, and cross-functional peers in all contractual related matters affecting the applicable programs, and other X-Bow Launch Systems corporate activities, as required. This role supports a geographically dispersed team located across the continental U.S. .
