We’re looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep two apartment communities running smoothly, safely, and beautifully. What You’ll Be Doing: - Keep apartments and common areas in top shape—plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and more - Handle work orders efficiently and with a smile - Turn units quickly and thoroughly between residents - Perform preventative maintenance to stop problems before they start - Assist with on-call/emergency maintenance as scheduled - Be a friendly, professional face for our residents and team What We’re Looking For: - Experience in apartment or residential maintenance (or strong hands-on trade skills) - Solid knowledge of general maintenance systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics) - Ability to troubleshoot, think on your feet, and work independently - Reliable transportation between two nearby properties - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in quality work Why You’ll Love Worki...
