Description The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for leading the Project Team, which may include Project Engineer(s) and Project Superintendent(s) in all efforts required to manage construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our clients. It is the Assistant Project Manager’s responsibility to protect and promote Buch Construction’s interests in all matters and do whatever is reasonably required to fulfill his or her duties and responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities: The Assistant Project Manager will conduct business operations from the office, the field, or likely a combination of both. They will be responsible for: - Knowing and understanding the inherent risks and hazards of the construction industry. The safety of each and every person on site is of supreme importance.
