This is a strategic, businessdriven role with a strong focus on global resource workload and capacity management. Your mission is to secure visibility, structure, and decision-making around how engineering, project, and service resources are planned, allocated, and prioritized across regions. You will drive a global workload management process, lead the implementation of a resource management tool, and ensure consistent short and longterm visibility on resource availability, utilization, and capacity gaps.
