Description Day Habilitation Specialist Full Time, Monday-Friday, Daytime hours: Wage: $20.50-$21.75/hr: The Day Habilitation Specialist will be responsible for delivering services in one or more core rooms operated by the Day Habilitation Program. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for program wide responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor. These responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: #humanservices #OPWDD #DSP #Binghamton #DayHab - Actively cooperating with the Program Manager and other DSP staff in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Day Habilitation Program. - Responsible for the implementation of goal plans, data collection to monitor progress, and monthly progress notes. Goal Plans will be based upon the person’s valued outcomes as identified in the person’s ISP. - Responsible for all scheduling of community activities and transporting individuals to volunteer and recreational activities in the Community.
