Job Title: Production Associate Pay Rate Type: Non-Exempt: Creation Date/Revision Date: 04/24/2026: Job Summary: The Production Associate prepares materials and equipment for assembly, assembles products, and packages products. Essential Job Duties: Ensure equipment and materials are ready for production Place raw materials into manufacturing machines, operate equipment for the assembly process, package finished products, and organize them for delivery. Maintain material and supplies inventory. Monitor equipment and production to increase productivity and make necessary recommendations. Process woodchips to assess for and remove any foreign material and debris. Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership. Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures. Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings. Other Duties: Drives and operates vehicles and equipment as assigned.
