Overview/ Job Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Jamf Engineer to join our Mobile Device Management (MDM) team. The Jamf Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of a Jamf Pro-based macOS management solution for approximately 150 users. This role will focus on ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience for macOS devices while collaborating with the MDM team to align with organizational IT policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Deployment and Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain Jamf Pro for managing macOS devices, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, and application deployment. - Device Management: Administer and troubleshoot macOS devices to ensure compliance with security standards, software updates, and organizational requirements. - User Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS-related issues, working closely with end-users and the IT support team to resolve problems efficiently. - Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies, manage encryption, and ensure devices meet organizational and industry compliance standards (e.g., CIS benchmarks, HIPAA, or GDPR, as...
