Position Title: Nursing Simulation Coordinator. Department: Nursing. Classification: Non-Exempt. FTE: 0.50. Work Schedule: 40 hours a week during the Fall and Spring term. Off during academic breaks. Salary Range: $34,000 - $38,000. Position Overview: The Simulation Coordinator supports the planning, delivery, and evaluation of simulation-based education for nursing students. This role manages the simulation center, prepares and operates simulation equipment, assists faculty with scenario development, and ensures high-quality learning experiences that reflect current clinical practice. The Simulation Coordinator serves as the technical expert for manikins and audiovisual systems while also contributing to educational design and learner support.
