Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the System and Application Test Team in Västerås. This assignment focuses on supporting and strengthening quality assurance activities for newly developed products by testing complete robotic systems, including software, electronics, and robot manipulators operating across various applications. The consultant will play a key role in system testing, robot programming, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and global solution teams. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of automation systems, software engineering principles, robotics, and testing methodologies within industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Execute comprehensive system and application testing activities for robotics and automation products. Validate and improve product quality through testing of integrated systems involving software, electronics, and robot manipulators.
