Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the Loan Partner I position include, but are not limited, to the following: Manage the Calendar: Set all appointment for Team Leader. Confirm all appointments the day before and if you leave a message call the day of as well. Have at least two call back times scheduled in team leaders day and change voicemail to reflect those times. Lead Tracker: Call leads back within 1 hour to set appointments to speak with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. All leads added to lead tracker.
