Internal Audit Intern

Job description

As a Summer Internal Audit Intern, you will support the Internal Audit team in executing financial, operational, and compliance audits. This role provides hands-on exposure to audit methodology, SOX compliance, and manufacturing operations within a global organization. Qualifications: - Assist in executing internal audits under supervision. - Support SOX testing and documentation of internal controls. - Perform data analysis and assist in audit testing procedures. - Help document processes, risks, and controls. - Participate in audit meetings and special projects as assigned. - Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of accounting or internal controls. - Interest in internal audit, risk, or compliance. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SAP or data analytics tools is a plus.
