Compensation: $15.00 per hour Part-time, up to 29 hours per week This position works varying shifts from 9 AM to close. Some Saturday’s needed. Compensation Type: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Grade: NE02 Position Summary This position delivers exceptional customer service to all students, faculty, members and guests. The Facility Aide is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and friendly environment for all patrons. MAJOR DUTIES: - Greet/communicate with patrons, co-workers and management in a polite and respectful manner. - Monitor member check-in’s, issue and clean equipment behind front counter. - Clean workout equipment, clean floors, empty trash and restock wipes. - Monitor activities and enforce policy within the HHPC including the lobby, fitness conditioning center, boxing room, dance room, group exercise room, and gymnasium to ensure the safety of members. - Create, issue and verify member identification cards. - Ensure that each member’s account is complete and has picture in Fusion. - Assist member’s with signing up for the HHPC mobile app. - Explain and demonstrate proper use of all fitness equipment and answer basic exercise questions to ensure...
