HR Manager (m/w/d) Department: People: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Berlin: Reporting To: Ana Alvarez: Description: We opened our first German office in Berlin in January 2026 and are in the early stages of scaling our presence. The global headquarters and HR function are based in London. This role will act as the primary HR contact on the ground in Berlin and support the development and implementation of HR processes locally. This is a generalist HR role in a fast-growing environment. The position covers the full employee lifecycle and requires close collaboration with the global HR team. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hands-on capacity and support both operational HR activities and selected office-related responsibilities. The company operates in a predominantly in-person working model, and this role requires regular presence in the Berlin office.
