We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is an incredible opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, financial modeling, and next‑gen reporting tools, including Copilot, Power BI, and large data environments. You will be part of a global team with its largest hub in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance, supporting our Library Software Business Unit with the A&G Segment. About You – Experience, Education & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience. - 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience. It would be great if you also have: - Experience with general ledger systems (Netsuite or Oracle (is helpful but not required). - Experience with additional data analytics tools or automation platforms including python, Co-Pilot or other AI tools. - Experience working with large data sets, data manipulation, (PowerQuery and PowerPivot), and data visualization tools such as PowerBI - Ability to interpret financial data, recognize trends, and communicate meaningful insights. - A passion for process improveme...
