Position Overview Reporting to the State Manager Vic/Tas, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading a high performing sales team across the region. This position will work closely with operations, customer service, finance and branch teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes and an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing team leadership, customer engagement and commercial accountability.
