Job Description Project Manager 2 is key part of a team of professionals managing the execution of projects that deliver significant business value to Nordstrom and its customers. Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with cross-functional teams and end use customers to make decisions and monitor the progress of projects ensuring they stay on schedule. In addition, you will ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project. QUALIFICATIONS: - Manages medium to large level project complexity - Utilize basic understanding of asset protection concepts, theories, and principles with business insights - Aligning cross-functional teams to the tasks - Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines - Identifies and communicates multiple options for how to progress with the project - Communicating status, issues and/or changes with direct Manager to keep the project aligned with thei...
