Overview The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA), the private fundraising and alumni relations organization for UW–Madison, is seeking a Limited-Term Employment (LTE) Program Manager for Affinity Programs. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) running through the end of October 2026. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working on-site at least two days per week. Essential Functions: Program Design and Management: - Leads the planning, development, and implementation of organization-sponsored activities that engage alumni and donors in the life of the university and with each other. - In collaboration with colleagues in other functional areas, and campus partners, creates annual plans for engaging alumni and donors through high-quality, meaningful activities which advance the university and organizational objectives. - Leads and manages program planning and implementation teams for Enrichment, Reunion, and other program areas, and serve other roles on other program teams as needed. - Provides expertise on matching appropriate content and event experience to audience and objectives. - Identifies, recruits, and manages the relationship with faculty and...
