Overview The Payroll Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for U.S. domestic and expatriate employees. This position supports end‑to‑end payroll operations, audits payroll results, resolves discrepancies, and partners closely with HR, Finance, and employees to maintain a seamless payroll experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep attention to detail, and hands‑on experience with SAP payroll systems. Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of accurate, timely end-to-end regular payroll processing for U.S. domestic and expatriate employees. Audit, reconcile and balance payroll results. - Analyze payroll inputs, employee data changes, and system calculations to validate accuracy. - Process off‑cycle payments, manual checks, voids, and ACH reversals in accordance with internal controls. - Support payroll tax compliance, including new hire reporting, taxable fringe benefits, and year‑end W‑2 preparation. - Recommend and support enhancements to payroll processes, automation, and system utilization. - Manage paycheck distribution and incoming payroll mail. - Maintain accurate payroll records in accordance with ret...
