CCL Label Healthcare & Specialty is looking for a hands-on Controller to lead the Finance department and drive the site's strategy as a member of the local leadership team! Qualifications: Job Summary: The Controller leads and manages all aspects of finance and accounting for the Buffalo facility. Operate as business partner to General Manager and a key member of the leadership team to meet or exceed all performance targets. Maintain effective internal controls and ensure all reporting requirements are met. Provide key leadership in efforts to drive continuous process improvements. Oversee IT at the local level. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises all employees in the finance department. Duties/Responsibilities: - Active member of site leadership team, serving as a resource for key financial and operations information in order for the site to achieve performance goals. - Execution of annual operating plan, providing leadership to business leaders. - Continuous efficiency improvement in the Finance dept.
