Matrix Providers is hiring a Physician Extender - Family Health to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado . - Employment Status: Full-Time - Schedule: Monday through Friday 0730-1630.
