Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture (PSLA) invites applications for a full-time, 9-month professional track at the rank of Assistant Clinical Professor to contribute to our Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) and Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) programs. Promotion to Associate Clinical Professor and Full Clinical Professor available based on performance. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in landscape architecture who can teach broadly across the landscape architecture core curriculum. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Accredited professional degree in landscape architecture or international equivalent; Terminal degree in landscape architecture (MLA) or a related field. Preferred: An active professional license in landscape architecture; Five or more years of professional practice as a landscape architect; Outstanding portfolio of professional work; Evidence of successful prior teaching of environmental design at a university level; Strengths in (but not limited to) one or more areas of expertise such as: Plant-soil-climate relationships, ecological design,...
