Nurse Clinical Coordinator - Hematology - ( 25006203 ) Description Within the UI Stead Family Department of Pediatrics, division of Hematology, our team is seeking a 50-100% Clinical Coordinator to join our team! This position functions as a clinical care coordinator for the bleeding disorder population throughout their lifespan. Must have RN licensure. Position Responsibilities: Coordinates care with multiple disciplines during comprehensive clinic visits. Assist with annual Hemophilia/Bleeding Disorder Camp. - Develops and implements patient care plans based on diagnoses and planned surgeries or procedures. - Interacts with staff, patients, peers, and others in a professional and cooperative manner. - Assumes responsibility for maintaining clinical expertise consistent with patient population requirements and current nursing and medical practice. - Provide health education to patients, family members, and fellow health care members. - Assist with once yearly outreach clinic to Amish population on a Saturday.
