Location: Madison, WI 53711 Position: Dialysis Care Partner (Peritoneal Dialysis Support) Start Date: December 30, 2025 Rate: $20.83 per hour We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dialysis Care Partner to provide peritoneal dialysis support for a client who performs home dialysis using a Liberty machine . This role is intended to provide respite coverage when the client’s primary caregiver—her son—is unavailable. Training at Fresenius is scheduled in two weeks, and ongoing coordination with the care team will be provided to ensure safe and consistent support. This position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the complexity of dialysis care, and wants to make a meaningful impact during an important care transition.
