Job Description How would you like to support the LEGO Group in the Travel and Expenses Management team with an eye for detail and developing your specialist knowledge in this field as a Business Process Specialist? Core Responsibilities: Manage and govern processes and system in the Travel Expense Management area through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective Perform process maintenance, documentation, improvement & standardisation Training and daily support of users in system processes and governance Define, test and implement new system functionalities Participate in projects and workgroups, requiring process and system knowledge Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, DT and other key internal and external stakeholders Play your part in our team succeeding Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling training and project portfolio.
