Job description

The Operational Technology FWS Student Assistant supports departmental projects, research, events, and provides professional assistance to students, staff, and IT community members. DUTIES: Responsibilities include organizing tasks, managing the team's ticket queue, general administrative support, and using Microsoft Teams to improve efficiency.
