As we work with Microsoft Cloud and we are ISO27001 certified, it is crucial to have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure to understand where issues can be found. You will be managing the requests directly, or with the cooperation of more senior colleagues and our service provider. This is an interesting opportunity for you if you have a strong affinity with IT and enjoy identifying and managing IT requests. You are the expert who makes people work optimally and provides high-quality service. Besides the IT responsibilities, your role will consist of liaising with the application specialists and the service provider and assigning tasks.
