Their responsibilities focus on appointing personnel, and apply protocols that would ensure the safety of guests, staff and the property goods. Furthermore, they must make sure that all security devices and equipment are working correctly, lead and monitor every security personnel's performance, and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Should there be any incidents, it is crucial to coordinate with the police right away. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the shift security activities at TIBR for its guests, members, employees and owners. Ensures that all security operations are in accordance with TIBR policies, procedures and standards of conduct. Keeps management informed at all times on major incidents.
