Purpose of Job: Under limited supervision, the Sales Effectiveness Lead drives sales through direct engagement and development of the local and regional sales team. This role serves as a consultant to the sellers, gathers and disseminates best practices from top performers, executes training programs, deal coaching, organizes market strikes within their regions, and provides ongoing assistance as needed in content creation of core curriculum necessary to ensure success for the team members we support.
