About the Team TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is at the forefront of driving advertising innovation, offering scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Our Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands, enabling them to leverage TikTok's unique platform to drive business impact. The GBS team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results. Our Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for revenue planning, assisting in building client presentations, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. We are looking for a BPM who can be highly organized and efficient, working closely with our cross functional teams and supporting the sales team and verticals at large. This person should be detail-oriented and proactive with an ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to solve for them through CRM and process hygiene.
