The Opportunity: In this role, you will lead the preparation and coordination of engineering plans, specifications and cost estimates, ensuring high‑quality project documentation from concept through to delivery. You will also support the procurement process by managing advertising for bids, reviewing contractor and consultant submissions, and providing informed recommendations based on best value, technical competence and alignment with project objectives.
