Job description

What’s the role? You’ll provide end-to-end financial leadership across Divisions, providing support to Westpac’s Chief Operating Office, coupled with being the divisional insights and reporting lead for banker productivity, the digital reporting suite, and Divisional Insights across key business contributors: margin, enterprise contribution and segment contribution within Business & Wealth. This role sits at the centre of how the business manages cost, investment and productivity across operations, technology and change across the division. Leading a small team within our Barangaroo office and working closely with senior leaders, you’ll translate complex financial information into clear insights that support better decisions. You’ll oversee BAU cost management, forecasting and reporting, while also shaping how investments are prioritised, governed and delivered across the portfolio.
