Academic Req: Required – Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university; Preferred – Graduate degree from an accredited program/university Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Six (6) plus, years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Provide timely and accurate records and bookkeeping data to the Compass Connections Executive Director. 3. Provide oversight of assigned division assets using a pre-determined system for procuring, assigning, and reassigning assets as it related to A-133 guidelines and agency policy. 4. Ensure all vehicle leases are up to date and all maintenance and safety recalls are completed according to lease requirements. 5. Serve as the chair of the division Safety Committee. 6.
