Hands-On Experience Supporting Children with Autism in a Clinical Setting Are you a psychology student looking to gain real-world experience working with children and learning about behavior? Wellspring Learning Centers offers a hands-on internship designed for students interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . At Wellspring, you’ll train in our state-of-the-art ABA centers in Belle Meade and Antioch, where therapy happens in engaging, play-based environments. Our mission is to elevate ABA services through teamwork, professionalism, and meaningful client outcomes. About the Internship: As an ABA Intern , you’ll learn directly from experienced RBTs who provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You’ll observe and assist with behavior intervention strategies, skill-building activities, and data collection — gaining a realistic understanding of what the ABA field looks like day to day.
