Position Summary In this role, you will own the design and development of mechanical subsystems and assemblies for ruggedized communications and signals intelligence products. You will work across the full product lifecycle—from concept through prototype, test, and production—ensuring designs meet performance, durability, and manufacturability requirements. You will be successful if you can independently execute complex mechanical designs, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate design intent into hardware that performs reliably in demanding environments. This role requires strong technical judgment, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to drive work forward with minimal oversight while supporting and guiding less experienced team members.
