Our Financial Services Compliance and Regulation (“FSCR”) practice is looking for a Vice President or Senior Associate to join us in assisting asset managers, PE firms, investment firms and other regulated financial services clients to obtain initial authorisations, or registrations and conduct audits and independent reviews. Our team also provide ongoing outsourced compliance support and regulatory advice to help navigate the rapidly changing regulatory landscape. Responsibilities: Implement specific solutions suitable for the various missions and different clients, involving preparing the set of procedures, a risk map, control notes or any other document intended for our clients. Ensure proactive regulatory monitoring through training and meetings as well as through writing supervisory articles or notes on the new regulations applicable. Enter into contact with national and international regulatory bodies as well as professional associations in the financial sector. Prepare responses to invitations to tender.
