Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management for the Clutch & Brake Division, part of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment, the Director of Product Management is a vital and critical role in determining the overall health of the business. A successful Director of Product management plans, organizes, and manages assigned product lines throughout product life cycles, including new product development, to optimize profitability while meeting the changing marketing, financial, and business growth objectives. The Clutch & Brake Division’s Electromagnetic Clutch & Brake product lines represent approximately $300M in revenue and includes the Warner Electric, Stearns, and Matrix brands. This product family will play a critical role in the Clutch & Brake Division’s strategic Electrification initiative. The Electromagnetic Clutch & Brake product line also serves the Turf & Garden, Mobile Power, Farm & Ag, Robotics and Medical markets.
