Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Procedure development for tooling areas. - Day to day - Follow all safety procedures and promote safety within the department. - Under the guidance of the Tooling Manager, work to deliver tooling solutions that meet expectations, e.g. yield, cycle-time, quality requirements, maintenance’s needs. - Follow all safety procedures and promote safety within the department. - Manage any changes to tooling (repairs, design changes etc.) are properly documented and approved by adhering to change control procedures. - Ensure spare parts are available and drawings are updated to any changes. - Support molding production to ensure day-to-day goals are met. - Support Project timelines and milestones and bring them to completion on time and within budget. - Assist in completion of CAPA tasks and deliverables (Corrective and Preventive). - Longer term expectations - Initiate and manage projects with adherence to program management guidelines. - Be able to independently lead a team navigating through hurdles, achieve performance, consider input from multiple functional areas & address the problem through a holistic method. - Proficiency with the use of Design f...
