Position Objective: Provide retention support to WDI clients that have obtained employment in all programs by maintaining on-going contact with employed clients and carefully track all employment milestones from initial job start through up-to 180 days of employment. Essential Functions: - Carefully review all employment verification documents to ensure that employment milestones are achieved from Day 1, 30, 60, 90, 120, and up to 180 days employment retention. - Conduct weekly outreach to all program participants that have been hired and started e...
