Your responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, coordinating material preparation, and ensuring welders have the information and resources needed to complete projects accurately and on schedule. Strong knowledge of GMAW and FCAW processes, as well as grinding, drilling, cutting, and plasma metal removal techniques is essential to guide and support the team.
