Your Opportunity: As an On Train Customer Service Attendant - Kuranda Scenic Rail (internally known as Guest Services Attendant), you will deliver exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers across both Heritage and Gold Class Services on the Kuranda Scenic Rail. On arrival at Kuranda Station, you will serve customers in out Gift Shop and assist with providing food in our refreshment room prior to returning on the afternoon service.
