Chief of Staff, HP Solutions Marketing Description -: Role Overview: The Chief of Staff (CoS) is instrumental in driving the strategic priorities of HP Solutions Marketing by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of cross‑functional teams and by leading a dedicated team responsible for coordinating planning, execution, and communications across the entire organization . The CoS ensures the organization remains operationally aligned, focused on the right actions, communicating clearly, and executing with timeliness and efficiency. This role partners closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) and senior leadership to drive alignment, rally teams, and scale impact through direct people leadership and organizational coordination . In addition, the CoS collaborates with Chiefs of Staff across HP Solutions and the broader Marketing Organization to facilitate enterprise‑wide initiatives, aligning strategy with organizational goals.
