As a Senior Transportation Director, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish. What are the core responsibilities for the role? - Manage and lead Horrocks design teams to deliver transportation projects. - Identify, pursue, and win new transportation engineering opportunities within the public and private sectors. - Develop and track scope, budget, and schedules for transportation projects to successfully deliver projects - Solicit and manage subconsultant engineering services - Interface with public and private sector clients including state and municipal agencies - Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders - Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources - Manage Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities per Horrocks’ Quality Program - Cultivate client relationships and pur...
