Job description

The Catalog Manager – IAM Parts is responsible for leading the management and accuracy of the company’s product data across all Independent Aftermarket (IAM) catalog systems. This role oversees a team of Catalog Specialists, ensuring that product information in ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) and PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) formats is accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives. The Catalog Manager works cross-functionally with Product Line Managers, Category Managers, Purchasing, IT, and Marketing teams to support product launches, e-commerce platforms, and wholesale/distributor channels through high-quality, standardized product data. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Catalog Specialists responsible for maintaining and improving catalog data. - Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and provide ongoing feedback and recognition. - Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in data management.
