Job Description: Provides high-level legal and operational support to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) across corporate governance, board and committee administration, entity management, compliance program development/ execution, and corporate transactional work. The role maintains audit- and diligence-ready corporate records and governance documentation (minutes, resolutions, written consents, bylaws/charters), prepares executive and board materials, and coordinates information flow with internal stakeholders.
