Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Full-Time or Part-Time, Licensed Child and Behavioral Therapists to deliver virtual care to our members based in MA! If you are as passionate about evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families as we are, we’re looking for you. This role's schedule could be Full-Time 35 hours or Part-Time 20 hours per week. We are looking for availability to cover our core operating hours which are: Monday- Friday 1-7pm or 2-8pm EST Responsibilities Include: Providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, including ongoing therapy, care plan development, utilization of evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care best practices Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development Requirements: Unrestricted LICSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D licensure(s) with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed Clinical Modalities: Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Highly Preferred: Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management...
