Primary Objective: Leads team and performs a variety of mechanical and basic electrical tasks to safely maintain and support facility equipment, machinery, and systems. Major Function and Scope: - Complies with all company safety rules and procedures. Ensures that all team members are in compliance as well. - Conducts Start of Shift Safety Stand Downs detailing all planned activities and risks associated with planned work. - Takes the lead on training and developing new employees. - Performs and documents preventive maintenance and inspections on plant equipment. - Schedules services and inspections by contractors and state inspectors - Inspects work to verify accuracy and workmanship....
