The opportunity: As our Billing Client Delivery Consultant , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of complex client billing operations delivered through a leading digital platform. Sitting at the intersection of billing domain expertise, technical problem‑solving and senior client engagement, this is a high‑impact role where your work directly influences billing accuracy, regulatory compliance and customer experience. This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne / Wadawurrung Your key responsibilities: - Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex billing issues across end‑to‑end billing pathways, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely billing outcomes for clients. - Act as the primary interface between clients and product and engineering teams, translating business rules, regulatory requirements and operational needs into clear delivery outcomes. - You’ll act as the bridge between platform engineering teams and client billing ou...
