Lien Specialist $19.00 - $22.00/Hr Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Lien Specialist. The Lien Specialist helps customers get paid and protects and preserves Trulite's lien rights in projects all over the U.S. This position is high volume, and every task has a firm deadline. Who You Are: - Lien Waiver Superhero who will be able to accurately, quickly, and thoroughly research account billing records and prepare lien waivers with intense attention to detail. - Able to research and calculate invoicing totals quickly, prepare lien waivers, communicate with customers, and respond promptly by email or telephone, sit for long periods, understanding of Windows PC functionality; proficiency with basic computer use (keyboard, mouse, etc.) and ability to learn industry-specific specialized software programs. - Kindness is required. This is a customer service position.
